It's an 11 minute video reminding you of environmental stressors by the National Safe Boating Council (NSBC) and produced under a grant from the Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund administered by the Coast Guard. Last weekend there were several unfortunate incidents in the Chesapeake Bay region, some of which could have been prevented.
